    thinking of getting this to solve my bright skies issues lol

    only a £5 so not too fussed on price.

    Just want folks thoughts, and can someone explain the range of ND filters IE 1- ????? and what does the scale represent

    Baron, ND4 is a 2 stop drop on the entire filter, making it darker so you can lower the shutter speed during brighter periods. ND2 is 1 stop, ND4 is 2 stops, ND8 is 3 stops, etc.
    If you want to improve your skies, you want an ND Grad, not just an ND, which has a graduated tint from the top of the filter to darken just the sky and leave the land normal exposure.

    Yes for £5 it's worth it for shots like that, it probably won't be fantastic quality but it'll allow you to get smooth flowing water.

    Agreed, but for £30 you could get a Cokin P system and a filter to start you off
