Homebrew Channel Installation help needed

As per the title - how do I install the Homebrew channel?

I've got a new Wii (1 week old 3.3E f/w) with a d2e chipset - I've fitted an Argon chip and can play backup games no problem at all.

I've downloaded the EUR install cd direct from the Homebrew Channel website and burned it to dvd as per the instructions but when I try to install it I get a black screen saying there has been an error remove disc and consult the manual for troubleshooting instructions.

Any ideas for what I'm doing wrong?

Finally sorted it using the Twilight hack and a copy of Zelda - now able to use the homebrew channel, dump discs and watch dvd's - as well as play games
