Unlicensed 360 Arcade Stick?

Was looking for a decent arcade stick for the 360 and found that the Hori looked like the best.

However stuff like X-arcade looks a lot more hardcore but there isn't a 360 one, I'm guessing this is due to M$ and licensing hardware restrictions?

However I did find that gopodular offer a hefty 360 stick.does anyone know if these are worth the money or should I just get a Hori one and live with it?

You can also find some hybrids on fleaBay or the parts to do it yourself. But I really wouldn't know where to start.

Anyone one a decent arcade stick they can recommend or know where I could get the basic instructions to build one?

Just really want to enjoy SFIV when it comes out!
