req/ need info on live cctv streaming

i live in the uk, an i was woundering if ther is any way of watching live streaming cctv cameras in my local city,
i live in the gloucestshire area of the uk

do a google search for live webcams in your area it should come up with a few

if you mean the cctv's that the police use then i would say no
