Omnia Sat Nav Issue

Hi Guys I got my Omnia finally replaced and all is going well except I cant get TomTom to work on it.

Basically I can get it all installed and when it comes to activation I get nowhere further. I really think it is just me but have heard there have been issues with it from other people.
Is there any chance someone on here that has got it running could post a tutorial or something or even add me on MSN to help. Cheers Guys I really appreciate it I didnt have half the probs with my N95 SatNav like this.
