hi there new to DS what i am asking i am looking to buy one for my kids for christmas can you get get copied games for these or can you download the games yourself just trying to save some money any help or surjestion would be apprecated.

First of all, well done on your spelling of "suggestion". Got to be the first time I've ever seen it spelled "surjestion" but that's pretty trendy in a leetspeak kind of way so I hope you'll forgive me if I use it in future.

You can get a "device" which allows you to play games which are freely availbale on the net to download by the bucketfull yes. I'm not sure how much I can say in here but I'll let the resident Nintendoheads help you out further.

If you have a look at the top sticky in the DS section there are loads of links as to where to get the 'devices' that neo2810 speaks of.
