    Default Ms Outlook- Delivery Receipts

last week I opened up an email from someone who wanted a read receipt. I rejected the read receipt but read it anyway. Is there a way to send them a read receipt now so it looks as if I've just read it?
I understand and accept that some people hold opinions that are different to my own. Living in a free and democratic society, I fully embrace and respect their right to be wrong.

Pretty sure you can't mate. Best thing to do is just reply to it now and disable read recipts in tools, options, advanced, tracking (i think). if they ask just tell em you have em switched off. they'll have to take your word for it then...
