Wii Can you back up a backup?

Our wii has gone very persnickety about disc types, some need re-burning on different media.

Can you backup a backup and if so what would you use?

    Thanks

Yes u can personally use ritek G05 Dye discs,if it persists could be a new laser of maybe give the Pot a tweak,i'm sure some of guys here have done it esp for super smash bros.

I've just copied a shedload for a mate using nero. Dropped the burn rate to 4x and used maxell DVD+...
Thinking about it, I didn't actually test any of em. I hope they all work lol

Was this done using backups (i.e another backup up disc) as the source though rather than .iso
