COD5 weird spawning question?

Ok loving cod 5 wasn't sure at first but im well into it now...

However does ne1 else when killed and respawned, respawn looking upwards? It doesn't happen every time only about 70 percent of the time......

It's starting to piss me off :grr

yes i've had it a few times, used to happen every now and then on cod4 too

Yeah, I had it the odd time in cod4 but this is all the time in cod5 and i've been killed a fair few times because of it....
Makes me feel better knowing it's not just me

I'm not spawning facing upwards but I keep spawning about 2 foot away from an enemy player. This never happened in COD4 but I've definitely noticed it in COD5.

yeah spawning is shite in cod 5 and needs to be addressed

never spawned facing up but i have spawned near enemies

my current record for deaths in a row is 8, i kid you not i spawned 8 times right in front of an enemy player and guess what? shot and killed each time, its bull and is why ive given up playing it already.
