    Default Learning software for a 6yr old boy

    I'm looking for some sort of fun/educational software for a 6 yr old, i've looked in a few shops but theres loads of different ones and I have no idea on whats good or not. Does anyone have any recomendations?

    just basic stuff i guess, maths, english etc. absolutely anything will do as long as its reasonably educational.

    909 m8 i can rcommend 2 for you but weather they will run on the newer op systems is somethin you would have to try..

    pc genius........it used to come as a magazine every week with a floppy then went to cd some years later...its a game that will learn kids math, english, french, geography etc etc in the best way ever, by making it fun. games were not only good but slightly addictive and when the kids were not using it, me and the wife were on it..

    Orly,s DRaw a Story....sit back and watch a cute little girl tell you a fantastic adventure story,,then she would stop and involve the viewer..

    in the storys she tells , like the sailor one you watch and then she will stop and make you draw and paint/colour it in and then its animated and used in the story, bloody great fun again and again..

    have fun .........we all did......
