Don't take life seriously. It isn't permanent.

What does it do?

If i remember correctly this is a base station upgrade for a cell site, however dont hold me to that.
Would imagine in the UK they would be useless if a genuine sale
Wonder how PayPal would react if you put a claim in!
As IF you'd sell this shite on eBay.
Good luck scammers!

I've got some mystery fudge that has a retail price of 100k, yours for less than 20k if you like!I don't know but it must be worth it....It's a bargain over 50% off.....
i know exactly what it is, its a base station and the bits to put into large bits of marconi/nortel SDH kit that then connects it to the normal wired world and so forth
Or you would be ready for the mother of all upgrades when femtocells come out
Actually saying that, I believe the willis building in london has a device called a leaky feeder. Basically it's a t mobile base station, but the aerial wire to it runs all the way up the lift shafts and round the basement so the entire building has perfect t-mobile reception. I'm guessing something like this could be useful?
Possibly but the networks have then so unless you own your own cellsite / network its pretty useless.
On the subject of femtocells been using one of the three ones at work for approx 2 months and its a great idea and works pretty well
I dunno guys looks legit to me
I wasn't being very serious in my post, although now I feel like a hijack - if you are at liberty to disclose, what's the script with the femtocells;
How long until we can get them (that is if you aren't an enormous multinational who got down on a waiting list before I was born)?
What kind of pricing structure?
Can you just plug them in anywhere where you have cat 5 and are fairly isolated from mobile phone signals, or do they have to come and do a site survey?
And I suppose anything else interesting I may have missed?
There are a few options mate for both wireless and wired connections the ones you will see a bug push on over the next 12 months are the mobile ones like i have been using and they are now avail from Three with T-mobile in the New Year
http://threestore.three.co.uk/broadb...uter=1&id=1201
aimed at people who don't have land-line connection but want to share a mobile broadband connection.
You then have linksys and other making gsm routers that fall back onto land-line when coverage is poor or fails. Vodafone currently supply these and are unlocked.
Femtocell's will shape all broadband over the next 24 months but especially mobile.
