Default HR - "Payfact or Payefact" - working out wages?

    Hey guys,

Been told there is a system/software/company or something called "Payfact" or "Paye Fact" that basically calculates what someone should be paid for their job, based upon things they do in their role.

Few people at work have requested job re-evaluations and have had more/less money because of it.

Interested in seeing if there is a way i can 'test' the waters? Or see what needs to be done to hit the next barriers etc.

So anyone work in HR or know anything about it ?

    Cheers.

Logica ePayfact - external payrol software used to actually pay people. I have not used in standalone, but have interfaced oracle HR into it - the only way you will be able to see how much you can get is by changing the values passed in on a dev system as each company will have different rules, or asking someone in your HR team to run the tests for you. The system itself is pretty easy to use, but getting access to it will be your main problem
If I'm not back in five minutes... wait longer!
