Best Wii Games?

Got my son (hes 13) a wii for xmas with extras but just wanted to get a few games sorted for him to have when he gets it on xmas day..

Bear in mind he has a ps3 and 360 already so was really thinking about games that are exclusive to wii and that make use of the motion controller things - Im also trying to get him a wii fit so any games that work along with that too ..

Super Mario Galaxy is an absolute must have. Sonic & Mario at the Olympics is also very good.

Tiger Woods golf makes good use of the Wiimotes.

I also like all the sport & party type games as these use the wiimote functions very well.

Maro Kart its a must get him the steering wheel from Argos or Amazon for £6.99.

MK is fun yeah, allthough its a bit of a disapointment for me. Stuff like Warioware and Rayman rabbids are great in multiplayer, a little flat in 1 player though. Zack and Wiki, Kororinpa, Elebits, Warioland, Trauma Centre, Zelda, Res4 are all worth a look at.

If you get Mario Kart and a Wheel, whatever you do, don't buy ONE wheel, get two, because you will want to join in as well. Get a 2nd Wiimote if you don't already have one. Oh, and a charger pack, should cover two wiimotes.

Boom Blox is good fun to both for kids and adults. I can see some very competitive action on Xmas day in your house with that.

I don't actually like to use the wii wheel with mario kart i like using nunchuk more i would probably buy another one for multiplayer as well

i don tlike the wheel either but thats mainly because the game is easier with an old GC pad, kids will probably like the wheel for the novelty of it.

wii party and carnival games are good fun and the quiz games keep my 13 year old and his m8s going for hours.

Wario Land: Shake Dimension is proving to be great fun so far.

Honestly the most obvious choice is Super Mario Galaxy and it's the best choice as well it's one of the best games I've ever played and it's one the entire family can get in on.

If you own a Wii buy that game, if you don't own a Wii buy one so you can buy that game. It will keep you busy for hours since youl'll play it finsh it and come back to it time and time again.

Super Smash Bros Brawl is another one.

I also love Ghost Squad for the pure arcade experience. As others have mentioned, Super Mario Galaxy and Super Paper Mario, Resi 4 are all cool,

Animal Crossing will be excellent too (dunno if its about for you 'extras' types, but my retail one shipped today)

Mario Kart is good and i prefer the using the wheel.

Mario Party 8 is also good fun for groups to play.

Also loved Red Steel once i got used to the controls.

Brain Acadamy is quite good fun also.
