    Whine Ebay bidding idiots

I was buying an Nokia N95 off someone on another forum and sent away the cheque and then he sent me a message saying it was goosed and would send the cheque back so I thought I would have a look on Ebay yesterday for another one.

Anyway, nearly every N95 that was finishing yesterday had been bid on by these 2 bidders. One of them had bid on 59 phones and was winning most of them and if not it was this other tossser. Some of there bids for N95's were over a thousand pounds. I feel sorry for all of these people who have paid to sell their stuff only for their auctions to be spoiled by these muppets.

How are geniune buyers meant to bid on these items when the current bid is 10 times higher than the actual value of the item? Complete tossers!

I haven't mate. I wouldn't know how to do that these days with everybody been anonymous and not been the seller. Do you just send them the link for the auction?

yup, since they've blocked you seeing who the other bidders are I've had no faith in most auctions there.

Possibly - you then see the other persons top bid and do a second chance offer.

Yeah thanks I realise that mate but if that was the case probably a bid of £140 would have done that. A bid of £1000 is someone fucking around for the sake of it if you ask me.

Could also be people who have their own N95s for sale, and so they try to screw up as many other people's as possible so that there are less to choose from.

I was having a look again yesterday and what I thought was strange is that one of these bidders had at least 100 feed back and another had over a thousand so it's not as if they were newbies messing around. One of them was winning on 48 items which were mostly mobile phones and a few laptops. Again the price was over a thousand pounds for a N95.

I thought that was the going rate for an N95? I'll sell mine for £800. Everyone's a winner.
