Does anyone know where to get hold of this??

Gents,please bear with me.I'm not a driver so the first place I thought i'd ask is in here,as maybe someone deals in spares or could point me in the direction of a man......
I attach a photo of a part my friend in Thailand has asked me to send to him.It is a rear reflector off a Peugeot 405.As you can see in the piccie his has been knocked and broken(by a TUKTUK driver).
Now he can get a copy replacement but that does NOT have the reflective capabilities and he cannot get an original over there.So I am asking in here to see if anyone can help.

I've had good experiences using a scrap finder before.

Basically they e-mail lots of scrap yards on your behalf - the scrap yards contact you with their quotes - no commitment to buy...
