Default Synchronising N95 with work PC

I normally synchronise my N95 with my work PC particularly with outlook.

Recently my boss wants me to share my outlook diary via his PC so he can see when I'm at meetings and also to make entries in my outllok calendar. I have no problem with this, however I don't want him seeing personal stuff that I've put on outlook calendar when I've synchronised with my N95 (hope I'm making sense)

Is there a way I can safely synchronise my N95 to my work outlook but without him seeing my personal entries?

I remember trying to help a fella set one up at work. I found we had to download a program called mail for exchange (mfe) and that should have allowed email to be either retrieved on demand, at a timed interval or push email. I don't believe it had options for sync'ing the calendar, but we never actually got it to work. Called up a company that give us tech support but they also said they gave up on trying to get n95's working with exchange.

So I would say give it a shot and see what happens.

P.S. That's assuming you are using a microsoft exchange server to provide your email/

Yeah you can just mark your calendar entry as private and the details won't show up in the shared calendar on your bosses computer...

Not sure if a calendar item can be marked as private from the handheld though as Ive not used "Mail for Exchange" since I tested it a while back. It's been out quite a while now so I should imagine that the feature is not available if it wasn't before.

You can download the latest version of the client from here: http://www.businesssoftware.nokia.co..._downloads.php

Yeh that's spot on mate in the Delegates bit of outlook lets you add delegate's to calendar then has a Tick box for Let user See Private entries
