    Default Quick scooter question

    Hi all,

    Just a quick one for you, Im looking at getting a 125 scooter to commute to work...can I use one of these on a provisional license?

    not sure ,you have to take the cbt though ,about £110 £140 including scooter days course last 2 years
    be healthy be happy

    Yes, you can ride one on a provisional license (with L plates) once you have successfully completed the CBT course.
    Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car

    Just for info my son has just retaken his CBT and it cost £88 all in using their bike etc.
    It was near Costco by the car wash

    in northen ireland you can just bounce on one all you need is your prov license insurnce and mot

    ah cheers mate, I was under the impression you could only ride a 50cc moped with a provisional

    think its 50cc moped on provisional. 50-125cc bike/scooter with L plates. I have a Aprillia RS125(de restricted) but my L plates keep falling off. A very quick bike for a 125. Sticks like shit to a blanket. its gotta be summot like under 12bhp before doing your bike test.
