    1) What's your viewing distance?
    2) What's your budget? (Inc Amp and/or speakers)
    3) What will you be watching on your Tv? (I.e. 70% SD, 20%360, 10% h.264 1080p)

    but how much IS a 50in panasonic anyway m8, im curious


    personally i sit 3 feet from my tv and its fine for me, obviously other people would be different and couldnt sit that close, but i dont really have a choice in this small bedroom.

    i wasnt being funny at all m8, i was just curious how much a 50in panasonic is

    Samsung for me ,ive got the plasma and lcd version of the 42" ,both are outstanding .I dont use the sound on the tv as ive got a logitech dts surround system hooked up to it .Only problem i had with the plasma was a little screen burn with the xbox games ,which soon dissappeared .
