M3ds real error

Hi, i have just purchased an m3ds real, and a 2gig msd, i have tryied to instal the latest system v4.1 which faild and also v3.0, it starts to copy to the card but then shows up cannot copy g6 dsload, the path is to deep, can anyone plz explain where i am going wrong this is my 1st attempt at using a flash card on my ds lite?

not sure about this but did you format the sd with a fat32 partition, if not try that

Sorry mickey i havnt, after reading up on how to set it up, all i thought i needed to do was download the firmwear ie system files, fit the msd into my usb adapter an copy it, but i keep getting these errors?

basic set up guide....

format micro sd to FAT, or micro SDHC to FAT32
download latest M3 REAL firmware from - http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/
unzip the firmware, so you have a SYSTEM folder onto micro sd
create new folder alongside called 'NDS '
stick all the .NDS roms in there.
PLAY !!

Stick it in your microsd usb adapter and wahck it in comp. Then when it comes up in my computer right click and select format.

Thanks M8, tried that and also tried using a usb disk format tool still showing up as copying and remains at 25seconds but then comes up cannot copy path is to deep/

Hi I dont think it is the msd card as i have tried a san disk 2gig card and also a dane elec 2 gig card and the same fault is coming up.

Yeah you have got a faulty card. That happens from tiem to time. Can you not send it back to get a replacement? Even better get a refund and buy a cyclo ds instead, much better. http://www.cyclopsds.com/cgi-bin/cyclods/engine.pl
