Seems to me like Argos is trying to mimic the success of Threshers 'leaked' voucher a couple of years back. If they really didn't want everyone to use it then it would just be for the family of employees, not family & friends.

if you read the T&C's, it says

only the original voucher will be accepted

which leads me to believe that they might not be accepting print offs...

I only read these as i work in Tesco customer service center and constantly have to tell people they're not entitled to the vouchers they're trying to use

There was a homebase one going around last weekend and it was the same as this (as is the same company) and that worked fine. As someone pointed out I think it is just a viral campaign to offer 10% off (like the threashers one and others)

Also if you needed to give them the actual coupon how many would each employee have to give to each memeber of his family andfriends etc. The printed PDF will be fine and as someone said Bob who works in Homebase emailled it to you.

it is all fine, i work in homebase, and we were told to email any friends and family the voucher if we did not have enough to give out,, just like last weeks homebase friends and family

Just been to town and used this in Worcester. the guy looked very confused and wondered off for a while. When he came back he said I couldn't use the the print out but he replaced it with an original for me. In short it worked fine, but worth looking out for! Saved me £16.20 so thanks!

she used mine this morning and had no problems with the print out. got another tenner of something that was reduced by £150 anyway
