The travel voucher must be taken on the journey for inspection on the train with your travel tickets. If you are unable to present the voucher and tickets when requested, you will be liable to pay the balance of the full fare for the journey. This applies to each ticket booked under the offer.
One travel voucher can only be used for one journey but up to 4 people travelling together throughout can use one voucher as long as they each have a valid train ticket. If you plan to use this offer more than once, you will need a new voucher for each journey you make.
Tickets are sold subject to availability. A minimum of 100,000 �5 fares will be made available for the period of this offer. Tickets are available on most but not all NXEC routes.

Tickets can only be booked between 05 and 15 December 2008 inclusive for travel between 05 January and 27 February 2009 inclusive.
Once a booking is made, no refunds or changes will be allowed. There are no child, Railcard or other promotional discounts available with this offer. Under 5s travel free if they do not occupy a seat.
Travel is only permitted on the National Express East Coast service you are reserved on.
Offer is available for Standard Class travel only. No upgrades to First Class will be allowed.
