ABX360 verification - slack lately?

Anyone notice that lately the abg360 database seems to be rather slack when verifying games? I have the Mortal Kombat , NFS:Undercover, Sonic Unleashed, Left4DEAD etc all unavailable in the database..

Have they given up updating games lists? Or are some games simply never added?

the database is being moved, the new one hasnt been made public yet, and the old one as far as i know isnt being updated due to the move.

My versions of those also failed but I selected level 3 under the repair tab and it repaired them no probs

Thanks for the link, no more need to update local stealth files.

Grab the new ini from the above link and extract it to your abgx360 folder, default location is C:\Program Files\abgx360. Abgx360 will now access the new db, the old db has been unreachable from some isp's for a while now.

Have you updated the ini file ? and changed your autofix threshold to level 3 ? it just fixed my prince of persia

Very easy to backup your own disc
As long as you have a sh162 a, b or c dvd drive with the custom firmware or a 360 drive recognised in windows, look for schtrom V4 to rip

Im still puzzled as to why my PAL GOW2, ripped on my 0800 MS28, is not found in the database. Surely someone would have added the retail GOW2 !

ripping your own disc is fine, as you know the stealth from that will be ok.
it doesnt matter if your own rips arent found in the database, as long as it passes the other checks.

Yes, Im perfectly confident in its "safeness", but I don't understand how there isnt an entry in the database for the actual PAL GOW2 disk, one of the biggest games in the year. It maybe because the disk I ripped was a bundled version, rather than an off the shelf version, but I cannot see why they would be any different.

Whats interesting is that whilst there is nothing wrong with my rip, if I was to set it to level 3, it would probably do some kind of repair on it, that isnt needed.

I updated the ini and set autofix threshold to level 3 and I am still getting a 404 error with Prince of Persia. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Yea, but others were saying it is IN the database. It is so weird because even the gamelookup.csv file has prince of persia in it and it still wont find it.

No one will say yes to that as they are not 100% on the checks that can be made latter on but u are more saffer on live if u do the checks
