    Default Charging/power fault?

Has anyone experienced or know how to repair this problem? The green light comes on but the unit wont do anything else.

    I had this problem once.
firstly you need a certain amount of charge in your battery to get the unit to turn on.
when it happened to me i tried everything before I tried the reset.
pressed the reset and it was fine.
    good luck

Sounds like one I had at work, had to send it back for repair. TomTom are pretty quick though, was sent out and returned in less than a week. Is your's still warranty? Ours was under warranty so I don't how much they'd charge for out of warranty.

When you say you've reset..Is that a full reset you tried i.e. Remove sd card and hold reset button down for 15 seconds...worked for me on my tt xl.
