Footballer-turned-actor Vinnie Jones has been treated in hospital in the US state of South Dakota after reportedly being involved in an incident in a bar.
The Sioux Falls ArgusLeader newspaper reported that Jones was hit in the face with a glass after a fight broke out.
A hospital spokeswoman said he suffered injuries to his head and nose, but had since been discharged.
Former Wimbledon and Wales midfielder Jones, 43, has starred in films such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
'Laceration'
The Sioux Falls ArgusLeader carried pictures of Jones in the city's Wiley's Tavern, reportedly taken shortly before the incident on Thursday night.
A spokeswoman for Sanford USD Medical Centre said of the star: "He was brought in for observation. He had a laceration of the head and a nasal injury. "He has since been discharged." A senior police officer at Minnehaha County Jail said he could not confirm reports that Jones and another man had both been arrested.
