Default Luxor TUTV2500 Pvr Screen Freezes

I have noticed a flaw with the signal. When recording & watching a programme every so often the screen will freeze for a split second watching it live & on play back the same freezes are present. But whilst watching the same programme live via my freeview receiver on my tv there is no picture freeze. Has anyone else experienced a similar situaion. Could my box be faulty or could it be a signal problem associated with my pvr equipment ?

Thanks to all those who replied !
I have sorted the problem after eventually speaking to customer support.
There was more than met the eye to the problem.
    Happy as Larry now.

That's why I'm in here too

Why didn't you just phone customer services in the first place? That's what I'd have done instead of asking a question on a forum I signed up on 3 years ago and hadn't posted on since.

Also why not post what customer services said? Maybe you could help someone in the future who may be searching for the same thing. Mind you with 4 posts in 3 years (3 of them being in this thread, the other being your intro) you seem like you would rather take from and not give back to the forum.
