    Default Simple quick question

I think I already know the answer, but need telling I think.

I train 5 days a week, 2-3 days of running (About 9-10Km per day) and the rest doing weights in the gym. Eat well, and very rarely eat chocolate, chips etc.

    You get the idea..

With all this said. If I come home in the evening and have 1-2 glasses of wine/beer...

Will I ever hope to get a "6 pack" (or at least have a really good figure) or am I fighting a loosing battle??

I think it would depend on how many calories you are burning and how many you are consuming. If u are burning less than u are consuming that 6 pack aint ever going to come. I had that issue about 6 months ago. I decided to be disciplined and stuck to this guide:

    http://www.lamuscle.com/docs/magazin...e/6pack-6weeks

Now i have real definition down there. I am weighing about 4 kg less than i did before so not as big, but i'm so glad i did it.

Also - one thing i changed was now i do big leg sessions. Before i did small leg sessions, and if i missed a session in a week it would be my legs. But working your legs is a must as the muscles are so big. If you have bigger leg muscles not only do you have higher testosterone levels, but you also have more ability to burn off calories when you're not 'exercising'.

So - altho I digressed somewhat, I would suggest try and cut out the beer and calories before bed if you can. Try and do it for a month and see if you see any difference.
