Just got back from the gym, i changed my routine and done biceps and triceps in one session today and could really tell a difference.
anyone else do the same?

I actually decided to do focus on Biceps and Triceps last night, as I felt they needed a bit of focus. As I usually just tag them onto the end of working another large muscle group.
I find my arms tend to ache a lot more when i focus on them, so definately worth doing! I think its partly because your body isn't used to it, it's definately good to shock your body when you are trying to get muscles to develop.
Yeah i do - awesome work out.
I find it hard to really burn my biceps - no matter how much i abuse them they dont 'hurt' - just wear out.
Triceps give me one hell of a burn
i normally do seated arms curls with free weights, then stand up and do the same, then do machine bicep curls and ez bar. after that im fcuked lol
triceps i find alot harder to burn, although arms look great just after a work out then when get home looks like i aint done anything lol
When I did train regularly I always did Biceps & Triceps in the same session, after all they are opposing muscle groups, you cant work one without using the other.
IMO it just makes sense.
"Where you are is what you eat. When I'm in London I'll have beans on toast for lunch. On holiday what? Tapas? Go on then I'll have a bit. You eat whatevers in that area"

I agree that they are opposing muscle groups and like working them together. But I usually train 2 days on 1 day off, and therefore I work my Biceps when i work my back (as they are used pretty heavily anyway) and the same with my triceps when i work Chest.
If i work biceps and triceps, then this means I can't work shoulders / chest / back a day before or after as the 2nd day my arms are weak! Doing legs solves this though!
I always train upper arms (biceps and triceps) in one session. I often super-set a bi with a tri exercise. I'd normally do 3 movements(exercises), 4 sets of each for each muscle group per session.
Personally I feel way too much focus is put on the bicep when it comes to some people's training as it is a relatively small muscle compared to the tricep which covers a much larger percentage of the upper arm.
Yeah i have started to super set the biceps and triceps with no rest in between.. 21's on both straight after each other then a 1minute break then same again.. helps lose weight also.
You dont need to focus on arms to be honest that much. as must of them are used doing other excercises. for example bench press , triceps etc.,
I work on a 4 day split and train bi's n tri's on the same day along with rear delts, get a good burn 9 sets on arms ( 3 diff exercises for each part) with 1 min break between sets.
A good pump, been training for about 12 years now and always change things around, go heavy 1 week for 10 reps and lighter on the next for 15 reps, am doing my first show this August so am just about to start my diet!!
