i have read it and i think you have a very valid point
and i think if the police suspect someone in that situation im glad what they done.
i'd rather them kill the odd innocent person than let 57 people get blown up.

as for jean charles it was a shame an innocent man got killed but it really
does piss me off his family coming over here.

the man was found to be an immagrant he shouldnt have bee here end of

But why was he suspected - afaik it's cos he looked slightly like someone else and the police cocked up their surveillance operation.

Fair enough , with stuff like stop and search, it makes sense to search anyone who is slightly suspect, but if they are going to pull a trigger, I think it's fair to demand the police should have more than a suspicion that has no sensible basis whatsoever.

To me it looks like you are mixing the two issues of the legality of Meneze's stay in this country and the conduct of the police. Neither had any influence on the other, so neither should have any relevance in deciding whether right or wrong has happened in this case.

Personally I think we should riot over outrages like this cover up, as it could very easily be one of us next time.

So when they kill you or a close member of your family, you'll be happy for that statement to be read at the inquest and an open verdict returned?
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

Got to agree with what seems like the minority here....if he wasn't here illegally then he wouldn't have been shot.

Whilst I feel bad that an 'innocent' man has been killed it still has to be said that if he had followed the law in this country then he wouldn't have been in that place at that time.

I do think though that what is the point in having a trial and the Judge basically saying there will only be one outcome? Waste of my taxpayer money IMO.
