ds lazy help

sorry for being a dimwit but can someone please tell me how i get this DS Lazy thingy up and working so i can stick this arm7 thingybob in,i have downloaded the zip file with the exe thing in but what do i do now????....cheers

ahhhh got it running,had to download runtime or summat.....do i just unpack the rom and replace the arm7 that is in it with the new provided arm7????? i see theres a arm9 in there.....do i do anything with that???......sorry for asking but the r"readme" seems a bit vague for dimmos like me

I use the maxcrass file, which does have a good ReadMe.

You shouldn't have to replace the arm9.bin file, just the arm7
