I got rid of them for the same reason. I couldn't get a signal at my old workplace or home. But I was in the 14 days cooling off period so it was nice and simple. Don't think it's possible if you are more than 14 days into the contract.
try the three network m8 then youd have something to bitch about
LOL not going nowhere near 3! Thing is i really really want the Sony Ericsson Xperia but T-mobile will never get that, well maybe 1 year later! so therefore i want to join 02. There must be a way to blag it...?

I am with them and tried cancelling my contact. I still had 12 months to run on my 3rd 18 month contract with them when I lost my job. The only way they would let me cancel was if I paid the outstanding 12 months off in full. I said that I could not afford it and the only thing they would do was put me on the cheapest deal.
My deal is cheap. Only pay £21 for flext 35, 1000mins. Only if they could get a better range of phones.

Same here mate, i've gone with O2 from t-mobile. I couldn't end my contract early so i've just got 2 contracts costing me £70 for the remainder of my contract. Good job its only 3 months!
There are 3 types of people in the world - those who make things happen, those who watch things happen; and those who wondered what happened.

Conservatives. Putting the 'N' into Cuts.
I'm also with T-Mobile and never had a problem, good thing is also is that when I call I normally go through to a call centre thats either Glasgow or Greenock.
I do get a poor reception in my own house though, but every network does.
I'm on Flext 35 with 50% discount and free Web 'n' Walk. (£17.50 Month, Have two lines - one for me and one for my partner)
