Default Advice on software to draw a diagram please

    Hi,
I need to do a presentation at work showing when certain evens happen on our system verses the different times around the world for US, Korea, Japan, UK, Singapore etc. I know what I want to say and have it on Excel at the moment but obviously it looks really crp.
I have absolutely no clue when it comes to making things look nice and professional. Does any one have any recommendations for some easy s/w to use for this?
The thing I have on Excel is just a row of the 24 clock for each country with comments above certain times like "Batch X starts here".

    Thanks for any help.

    Regards Scruff,

If it's a presentation & you want to look professional then use powerpoint. I you don't have access to it then you can download openoffice & use their equivalent (from www.openoffice.org ).

    Thanks chaps,
I was looking around at some GIMP examples and spotted something someone had done. It gave me the idea of turning it round to portrait, putting the times down the sides with a kind of flowchart in the middle. I'll have a go at that later.

    Cheers,

    Scruff,
