Config my computer for utorrent

always having issues with my utorrent, some speeds are good but most times crappy.
Says port is shut etc

im using EchoLife HG520s router, and eset nod32 antivirus and windows firewall.

Not got a clue what i need to do, so if someone can guide me please do

You need to forget about the torrents and look into nzb files
I would start here... Unlimited dl's and ssl encryption and will max out your connection
