    Info Need a New IDE Burner

    Hi,
    Just wondering whats everyone using?

    Could do with a new IDE burner and would be interested in your recommendations.

    any pioneer will do the job fine, just out of interest why wont you get a SATA drive? I just picked up the Pioneer SATA drive works a treat 17 quid all in. If you dont have a sata mobo then just get a PCI Sata card less than a tenner.

    +1 on the pioneer burner here,i'm sure your motherboard will have a sata connection and you're good to go.

    actually it turns out im having trouble again now im 100% its nothing to do with writer though so i'd still give it a thumbs up

    Might go for the SATA option, Sanj recommended me one a couple of years back, I think its in another pc of mine having only used it once or twice .

    Can you tell me if there are any real benefits over an IDE one and which pioneer one should I go for?
