Afternoon all y old man's got a k800i and when he bought it there were game files (not standard games) on it and when he tries to open them it says operaion failed! when he tries to delete them it says operation failed! so would a master reset get rid of them???

I master reset my w850i and it never touched the Java games.
Your best bet is to look at XS++
