Web/CSS Editors

Hi

I am trying to customise a Drupal Theme. I'm making good progress but I'm having problems placing things exactly where I want them. As I only know a bit of HTML and CSS, I'm struggling with PHP. Are there any Web editor applications that might make it a bit easier to work out where things are placed in the theme pages?

If not, what about just a CSS editor?

as much as i hate to say it, as a css editor i really like microsoft expression web... really easy to make quick tidy css. http://www.microsoft.com/expression/...t.aspx?key=web

or notepad++ or ultraedit are nice.
