I'm desperate as well. Had htc universal (spv m5000/xda exec/qtec 9000/whatever you wanna call it) but I bust it some time last year.

Then the other week I broke a se k880i I was using, mutilated an lg u8120 for an experiment, lost an lg 8110 out on the piss, and ended up with a sumsung d840 with a small fault. Tried to fix the fault and have destroyed that. Then I bought a samsung s7330 which I can't stand so I really am desperate

My only reservation is the screen size - uni was handy for remote desktop in vga mode - dunno what this will be like. I'll know in around a week or two whether I want it, if I don't, you have 1st refusal.

sorry been on a buisnesss trip cheers for the offer want somthing with build in gps as i tend to loose things too much, i used hae a bluetooth gps and could never find it

Received from dav last week - arrived very well packaged - an elephant would have to sit on the box to have damaged the phone.

I held back public judgement as i had teething issues with the phone which were resolved by flashing back to factory rom.

All in all - top marks to dav.

However, the offers can stop - I sat on it while pissed and broke the screen

You can get replacements cheap off ebay.
I've had one of these before, not too fiddly to replace.

I'm not in the habit of arse kissing, but nice one funky, I have to also give credit to dav who has pm'ed me details of a cheap replacement.

@ Goldberg : Sounds tempting, but doubt it, as the only real use I have for a smartphone is syncing with exchange and for rdp, and even if there are solutions, I'm guessing they probably will be even worse the the windows mobiles ones at this stage.
