Star Wars: The Clone Wars

I have to say that I was dissapointed. I really like the Clone Wars TV series and this is basically an extended episode. They have tried to instill humour in the film and it doesnt work at all.

If you love the Star Wars Universe then you will want to watch it but I would not make a special effort at all.

TBH the TV show was better (although the fight scenes are bigger in scale)...

Went to see this Saturday, thought it was the best Star Wars film since Return of the Jedi. Not seen the TV series at all, but really enjoyed this, and the four kids - none of whom are up on their Star Wars - remained totally engrossed in it the whole time. Well worth a watch IMO, its not brilliant, but its certainly entertaining enough.

This was balls. It isn't star wars.

The main problem was the huge number of (attempted) one-liners: almost every sentence was supposed to be some sort of joke or barb, it was awful.

Some of the battle scenes were pretty impressive at least.

I won't be watching the clone wars tv series.
