problems with flash player

Ive got a new iMac, everything i sfine appart from when i access some websites with flash (well i think its flash)

its crashes the net, and stops it working for safari and even on my VM running XP...

any1 got anything i could try, ive added me as read/right on plugins folder and tried the function to repair permissions using disc maint

i dont use safari for Mac, download firefox, much more stable from my point of view.
