i'll be doing a couple of mates liteons, plus maybe doing other types too in the future, so which bundles best to get?? there seem to be a few

i don't have any of the other connectivity kits so would i be best going for the "Xecuter Xbox 360 Connectivity Kit v3 Pro + Probe Bundle"??

also altho i've used neo before i didn't realise about the vip thing, do i just buy it then pm raptor to get it activated, or get it activated first??
