A nine year-old girl in India named M. Lavinashree has passed the Microsoft Certified Professional Exam, becoming the youngest person to ever pull it off (smashing the record previously held by a 10 year-old Pakistani girl). The youngster has a long history of making records in her short life -- including reciting all 1,300 couplets of a 2,000 year-old Tamil epic at the age of three -- and now she's now cramming for the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Exam. We'll be honest, this really takes the zing out of our biggest accomplishment at the age of nine: figuring out where in the world Carmen Sandiego was.

my mate's mcp and he admit's he knows shit all about what he was tested on. just learnt the answers from 'cheat sheets' like test king, brian dumps, nuggets etc... i've no doubt that this is what will have happened in this case. i heard that the 10 year old who previously held the record did it that way.

and some people don't call it cheating...

I have many MCP's you learn from hands on experience. As most it people say. if you cant fix it.. fuck around with it till it works

Heheh. Someone told me about this earlier and I thought it was MCSE. Still I think these days it's a case of:

Questions are so documented across the internet that it's easy to blag these exams. Incidentally in India for only a few hundred quid you can get a guaranteed MCSE.
