I thought it would be a good idea to post your fav pic that you've taken this year. There have been some cracking shots posted so it will be cool to resurrect a few Feel free to post just one or a few its not a competition. Doesn't have to be the best shot technically either it might be your fav because of the memories you get from it. I'll start...

This was taken from the balcony of our hotel in Corfu. Was a really good holiday plus the little un started walking which was ace.



Another from the holiday set, i like this because it looks really calm and again just reminds me of the holiday



I took this one in London whilst on a week long training course using my 6500 slide phone. It was an ace week, i saw most of the popular sights in London plus the weather was ace down south and it rained all week up north - Taken on the banks of the rive walking towards London Bridge.



And the last one, a pic of the little un sat in an EVO X at the launch in Preston. She had loads of fun dribbling all over the leather Recaro's



So thats it from me, as you can see you don't need to have great skills to have fun taking pics or a £500 DSLR.

I suppose, due to the thousands of great pics I do for here ( :emot112: ) hheheheh, that it would be hard to choose,but here are my 3.

1st cos its gonna be in a magazine, so its personal kudos:





2nd because even though it is a bit soft due to movement, I think it worked very well:




3rd one because its different from all the other photos that thousands of people took of the stricken cargo ship the "Riverdance" off the coast of Lancashire, where everyone took photos of the boats, I took them of the photographers.

the best 3 i've done this year are:


1. One of the very few macros i've actually got right!


2. My first panorama from the top of the Empire State Building in NYC.


3. and one from Wembley in August against the Czech Republic...

its been a good year for me photograph wise having aced my city and guilds with double distinction and getting 2 shots printed in magazines, not really sure what i class as my fav/best of the year but looking at my flickr stream, these stand out for me

festival fever struck me more than ever this year :






this was a personal milestone, asking a complete stranger for a photo



and finally, the most popular picture ive ever taken



Whats really rocked my f'kin socks this year is the fact I started off as a purely arcitectural / landscape / still life type of guy and ended up with shots like these.
