Wheres best to buy 360 Elite?

I've decided to get a 360 Elite. Wheres the best place to get one do you think? Ebay seems full of them, but are there any better places?

If buying 2nd hand, i'd prefer to get one with 2 controllers and wireless adapter, and of course, not banned on live.

All hints and tips appreciated.

First rule of the 360 is to not buy 2nd hand. Specially from Gamestation. My mate bought one before and had to return it 3/4 times just to get a working one with a moddable drive (most of them were already flashed!)

Try Zavvi if you're not arsed about store Warrenty, they're about £180 there at the moment. I think you can get an Elite with Banjo Kazooie Nuts N Bolts for £206 on Play.com, sell the game for £15-£20 and you've got an elite for £186.

Your mileage may vary of course. Also look for a lite-on flasher as the new consoles can be done, its just a bit more tricky if you've never flashed one before.

I noticed the only ones play had left were from playtraders not play itself, and the one listed for 185 is second hand, be carefull matey

I would personally go to currys, they have an excellent returns policy should things go tits up

I was only thinking 2nd hand because I'd like to get one with Wireless Adapter and some games etc - thought i could get a better deal. Isnt a wireless adapter about £40?

why buy an elite when u can ge a 60gb alot cheaper????go that way dude--u pay 40 quid for the jumped up hdmi lead.

Just last week bought an elite with extra black controler pgr4 and sonic tennis £229 from HMV also when i went to pay they took the VAT off. Prob not the cheapest but easy to return to if any probs.
