Dreambox 800 clone

Anyone seen any around?

I've seen one for 280, which also has a heatsink where the original doesn't.

Considering the original is way over priced at 400 I wouldn't mind the clone. Was wondering if there were other around?

i wouldn't touch a clone of any box TBH.

The katherines are supposed to be pretty decent and aren't the IPbox things like starviews or eurovoxes? As in, not quite as "open ended" as dreamboxes?

new images need bootloader 70,

I'm speaking to one of the companies in china to see if it can be resolved, if accidentally flashed with bootloader 70 it can be fixed with dreamup though

they can be recovered by using a jtag.

as far as i'm aware of there is only gemini images that have the bombs in, and personally i never touch them anyway as there is far better images out such as nabilosat who have also got sky epg code embedded in the image
