Thanks for providing the link - it is always good to try to understand things from both sides. However as someone who doesn't often actively read up on the subject, I have to say the majority of what I am bombarded with in the media is close to the opposite.

Okay what I see may not be factuallly incorrect, but making a much bigger deal about one side getting hit by suicide bombers etc. with a lot less reporting on the effects on the other side of the same conflict(getting attacked by an organised army rather than a few nutters), often without any history or context is equally manipulative.

Edit: Simple way to put it - you have to fight fire with fire. Bush - wmd's - amount of dead iraqi's?

If we were in a similar position and our land was being stolen, would you not fight? Just have a look the map of israel today and go back over the years, it is nothing more than a land grab.

What amazes me is Egypt were well aware of what was going to happen, The muslim countries are unwilling to help the palestinians because it is resistance to israel by proxy. If they wanted, all the palestinans could be made free from this hell.
