PS3 Video Converter

Hi all

Having trouble getting any file to playback via XMB - currently pissing about with TVersity but wondering if there are any quick converters available?

I've tried PS3 Video 9, but that's taking a fucking age.

Any recommendations?

It is used for MKV but I think the program (Gotsent) will convert other formats.

It wont detect Avi, DivX or Xvid from a memory stick, and wont detect TVersity.

Make sure all .avi files are in a subfolder called VIDEO on the memory stick?

and wont detect TVersity.

I use windows media player for all my streaming just add "windows media player" and "windows media player network sharing" to the firewall exception list, add all your files to the library and in media player go into options > library > configure sharing.

tick both the boxes and then add your ps3 to the allowed list... your ps3 will prob appear as an 'unknown device'

if your only gona play avi and divx use wmp11 and stream thats what i use and it never let me down works everytime

have you tried pressing the triangle and doing show all when on what device you are using?? My PS3 don't show anything up till I do that. It does play most stuff I download.
