Those waterfalls are really nice mate. Lovely silky water flows.

The second shot looks quite washed out in comparison however our wonderful British skies don't ever help. Maybe a touch of burn in and curves/saturation adjustment will help.

Still, nice reflections and you're getting the stones in the foreground images that Neo has got me into

I love the reflection mate, was the water that still or was it exposed for a long time

I agree with Ian. The waterfalls are nice, the last shot doesnt work with the blown sky. The whole image is a little overexposed and uneven but without filters or multiple exposures, it's hard to fix that.

ND is a neutral density filter. Helps reduce high contrast and exposure.

First 2 waterfall pics were F/22 at 30 seconds.

He used 1/25sec at f/5.6 in the last, but I would have aimed for f/11 if possible.

Nice set. Will, you could have crossed the fall in the first one and moved the little horizontal branch you lazy bugger

Heheh, seriously, like em all m8.

cheers guys - lol @ bilbo. There was a bigger waterfall further up, but it wasn't as nice as the lower one, and i nearly fell on my arse a couple of times it was that icy.

on the last pic - i didn't have my tripod, and and just climbed up the hill, so just fired a few shots off. I really need to start thinking more about my shots.

it was still - there was no wind, but also the left half of the water in the pic is frozen - you can see some stones on the surface, and scratches in the ice.

I can see the potential in the last shot, just a shame the sky is lacking in detail. 2nd one is my fav out of the 3
