    Help changing identity

    Hiya guys,

first off hope you all had a good christmas and have a happy new year!

ive had a drunken discussion which still follows me days later, right then when you deed poll, say you change your name to 'Teresa Green' (for arguments sake)

If you did not disclose your change of name, eg for the army, banks, etc is there any way of finding out your actually mr 'ben dover' (again for arguments sake)

So say you have a criminal record for buggery and want to join the army and change your name and they do a criminal record check you would flag up as 'teresa green' with no criminal record, but if you have notifed the police you was previously 'ben dover' it would flag up? right or wrong?

And next, you have the shittest credit rating, no one would touch you or even look at you nor give you a penny if you was dying, if you had the new name and again it wasnt linked to your old would you techinally speaking have a normal credit rating...

So basically if you kept it quiet could you be stealth and change your identity complete?

Ive got 24 crate of carling on this so im hoping im right in saying the above is a load of shite and you cant get around a new identity

Not declaring it on anything you would sign relating to proof of ID is a crime in the first instance anyway. And usually, you would have to provide original documentation for a lot of things these days such as birth certificate etc.

I wouldn't even try it tbh. you'll get fucked over in the longer term.

Phil leave it well alone mate. That buggery charge will stay with you for life mate like it or not.

Might slip through on a few small things but anythign large they're going to wonder where you've been for the past xx years and have a fair poke into it.

Also when you wrote this I thought you meant the loser would have to drink a case of the piss that pretends to be beer:
