sammy drive for xbox 360 cheap n working
anyone have a sammy drive lying about for an xbox 360 i have a 360 that is not reading no discs at all games dvds originals etc so im after another drive just to see if this is the problem then i can weigh up wether to splash out on a full priced drive as the machines banned on live so it will only be at home for a spare

the previous owner reckons he did change the laser but i dont think the lasers moving when you start the drive up it stays in one spot then it comes up with open tray

Check he removed the solder blob from the new laser, seen it with my own eyes

yeah i was warned about that before thats been removed is the laser supposed to move up and down as it scans the disc as this one just sits in one position so i thought the motor might be shagged
