Default Your top 3 iPhone apps?

What are your must have apps please. Plus best avenue for grabbing apps.

    Cheers.

ps. what's the fucking score with copy 'n paste?

I've got CnP sorted for email/texting. There seems to be some bullshit way of CnP in Safari by utilising bookmarks to a 3rd party site

No CnP is tantamount to forgetting to putting a space bar on a keyboard ffs.

Copy and paste winds me up big time! No bluetooth or text forwarding bothers me not one bit, never use them tbh, plus isn't there an app you can get that allows text forwarding? No mms text is a far bigger complaint for me.

Top apps - are you including cydia in that or do we take that as a given? If not, Cydia deffo. Apart from that, I use the Categories app, so I don't have loads of pages, the facebook thing, and toggleSSH for reasonably obvious reasons

Games wise, I like Wurdle, Jewel Quest II, and Snooker

    Yeah fav apps or repositories.

I'm finding quite a few dead links or sites down. Apple have been on a rampage :/

    Will check that snooker app.

I'm looking for Deep Green Chess if anyone has it.

My fave repository is appulous, not everything they have seems to link here for some reason, but as you say, Apple have been hitting file storing sites hard. Still, its an active community there that uploads quickly and frequently, and as a new version comes out.

Has anyone tried hackulous yet? Lets you crack your own apps!

    Favourite Apps -

Byline - Fantastic RSS reader which integrates beautifully with Google Reader (i.e. it will sync all your GR RSS feeds) and also has an offline function.

Wikipanion - Wikipedia on your iPhone, perfectly formatted for the 3.5" screen and also able to cache content for offline viewing.

PDAnet - Prog which allows you to use your iphone as a tethered 3G modem (USB or Wifi). Only available through Cydia (ergo your phone needs to be Jail raped)

    Honourable mentions

MotionX-GPS - Geocaching, speed, altitude etc.. Personally I just use it to find my way back to my car in unfamiliar towns.

BBC Reader - Download the entire day's news onto your iPhone for off- line browsing.

Concise English dictionary (CED) - Fast, responsive and with context and grammer

Flight Tracker - Track your flight's details before you leave the house and during your journey to the airport (e.g. Flight delayed, cancelled etc...)

As for copy & paste, check out my post.....

Clippy - Copy and paste for your iPhone iPod Touch, and yes it works for sms

I also find a great little app by Microsoft Live Labs called "Seadragon" which is a nice photo viewer / zoom tool of other peoples work (occasionally some pr0n slips through )

Another couple of apps I use all the time are PocketGuitar and also Scrabble (Scrabble is very addictive )

I also use ResistorCode quite often at work which saves some time
