tomtom one problem
i have just got hold of a tomtom one unit, but it has no SD card, so i managed to get hold of an old 2GB Sd card, i have tried nearly every setup and map configuration and always get erros or no maps found folder.
There is no version number and all it says is tomtom one (4n00.012) on the bottom.
is there a way to get this going again, even if it means putting a really old version on ??

It could be the memory card that's the problem, but try using the v8.204 software & one of the v825 maps I've posted in here, if they don't work try with another card. Do you get anything at all on the screen ?

i managed to get tomtom 7 and ver8 maps all working except one tiny problem, no voice.
Even though the voice folder is there, i cant even test the voices, it first said there are no voices installed, then i created a voices folder in the root of the card and copied the voices from a working tomtom one XL, but still no joy

Try getting some new voice files from the Tomtom site, use Tomtom home.

if that comes on the cd then i'm stuck as i didnt get one
